TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the freerentalwebinar.com website (the "Site") and any products and services offered through it by Faster Freedom, LLC ("Faster Freedom," "FF," "we," "us," or "our"), a Missouri limited liability company. By using the Site, registering for a training, submitting an application, booking a call, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to this Agreement.

1. THE SERVICES

Faster Freedom provides real estate investing education, including free trainings and webinars, coaching programs, community access, proprietary tools and resources, and related products and services, as indicated on the Site or your order form. You agree not to share login information, call-in numbers, passwords, or protected links with anyone.

2. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

If you opt in through one of our web forms (for example, when registering for a training or booking a call), you agree to receive automated text messages from Faster Freedom related to the Service, including registration confirmations, appointment details, reminders, join links, and related follow-ups.

- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through the form or reply START.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (314) 669-4870.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy, available at https://freerentalwebinar.com/privacy-policy, describes how we handle your information, including your mobile number and SMS opt-in data.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Actual payment terms may vary and will be indicated on your order form. You agree to pay the purchase price and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. FF is not responsible for any overdraft, over-limit, or NSF fees charged by your bank or credit card company. Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to purchased products and services. If, 30 days after a missed payment, you have not made arrangements with FF to make up the payment, your access will be cancelled and no fees will be refunded.

4. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

FF cannot and does not guarantee or promise any level of earnings or results. Your success depends on many factors, including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation. Because these factors differ among clients, FF cannot and does not guarantee your success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. You alone are responsible for your actions and results. FF makes no representations or warranties as to specific outcomes or results from the ideas or models presented.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and the materials provided to you may not be reproduced in any form or by any means without the express written permission of FF. You may not reproduce, republish, display, perform, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the materials for public or commercial purposes without the express written consent of FF.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Site and the Service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation or other users' access.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

8. ASSIGNMENT

You may not, without the prior written consent of FF, assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, and any attempt to do so is void. FF's rights and obligations under this Agreement may be assigned or transferred by FF.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold FF, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their officers, agents, attorneys, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of this Agreement, your use of the Service, or your breach of this Agreement.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. FF'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO FF FOR SERVICES.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

If either party is prevented from performing its obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control (a "force majeure event"), the time for performance will be extended for the period of delay, provided that you will not be excused from payment of sums owed, and that if a force majeure event is not cured within thirty (30) days, the other party may terminate this Agreement.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be interpreted according to the law of the State of Missouri, without regard to choice-of-law rules or principles.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND CHANGES

This Agreement represents the entire understanding relating to the Service and prevails over any prior or contemporaneous conflicting communications. Certain products or services may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented at the time of purchase. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted on this page.
